I am through with Northstyle. I paid extra for shipping and it took over 10 days to receive my five items. Two had been on backorder without letting me know. I called to ask for a refund on the shipping, and was told an order was coming so I couldn’t get my refund. When you pay for three day shipping, 10 days doesn’t cut it. It seems fraudulent to me.
Never again! 3 service representatives and still no resolution. First one couldn’t understand English. 2nd one gave me an exchange when I asked for a refund. Third one was rude and would not hang up for me to give her a rating after the call. Still on the phone after 20 minutes waiting for her to hang up!

Horrible customer service. Many items are backordered and if you need customer service, good luck. I went through 4 different customer service agents just to find an ETA on my order and edit credit card info on pending items due to a hack. Difficult to understand reps and are not helpful in resolving issue. Expensive, shipping costs expensive and clothes aren't that great in quality. No more.
I ordered three items. Standard delivery, as stated on website, was 5-7 days. It took over 2 weeks. When order arrived packing slip indicated 1 item no longer available. I feel I should have been notified when the order was set for shipping. Neither item fit right. One item particularly. Sleeves too short. Packing slip indicated Return Shipping Label was included. It was not. Bottom of packing slip indicated Return Label with a dotted line to cut along but no label- just blank. Tried emailing but answer I received did not answer the question. It was obviously computer generated; no one actually read the email. Phoned to find out how to return & was told an order to have label emailed to be by Fed-Ex was entered and I should have it by the end of the day. Twenty-four hours later and still no label. I called tis morning and this time was told the time frame for receiving a return label by email is 48-72 hours.
I'm guessing Northstyle's clothes are made by poor little Asian kids who work for little pay and in terrible conditions. IMHO, not an admission of fact. But somebody's making a MINT because the prices certainly suggest quality. Returned my order, canceled my back-order sight-unseen, and will think twice about buying clothes online going forward.
The sizing was all wrong and the quality was poor. Was charged for VIP service I did not sign up for. Returned items Oct 29 and it is now Jan 9 and there has been no response what so ever. I will never order from them again and hope I get my money back.
Badly constructed item...twice....which shows poor Quality Control. Slow Customer Service response. Required return postage when the problem was their shoddy quality control. The Cowl Neck Sweater Poncho I ordered in October and received in November was sewn INSIDE-OUT. I return for exchange. The poncho I received Dec. 5 was also sewn INSIDE-OUT. I now assume the whole batch was sewn inside-out. I returned for a refund. The package I sent with the label they provided landed on my doorstep New Year's Eve requesting postage from sender (me). When I called Customer Service, Jan 2, they did not recognize the barcode on the label they provided. They told me I would receive my refund when they received the poncho and expected me to pay postage on a garment that was badly made. I refused. I am waiting for an email with pre-paid postage. So 3-strikes, (1) poorly made goods, (2) poor quality control, and, although the Customer Service person was nice enough, (3) poor Customer Service because "poor return policies" and lack of responsiveness behind the lady receiving the calls.
Had a very bad experience - do not order from them . Their prices are high and quality is poor. Don’t be fooled by their designs and advertisement. This Christmas They charged my credit card indiscriminately for some merchandise that was not sent. When I returned some items they did not refund for some expensive items .
They charged me for a vip membership without my signing for it .
Someone has to take action against this business . Returned items are refunded after subtracting a hefty amount for each item. You get very little for returned items . Terrible customer service . They make you go in circles with no resolution . The company is refusing to acknowledge the returned items and item not sent .
I gave all evidence postal return slip , photos etc . Very dishonest . Please do not order from this company and all customers with complaints let us take some action jointly to get our money back .
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Just like all the other reviews they are HORRIBLE on returns. I returned 2 shirts almost 2 months ago and have not received my refund. This company is stealing from their customers!!!
There was a problem with a shipment being delivered to the wrong address. I was very upset the day I called them for help and shouldn’t have called at that time. Customer service was worse than non existent. I was left on hold 45 min. The longer the hold the angrier I got. They offered no help and pretty much told me nothing could be done. After I calmed down I realized all I had to do was reorder the items and then report it to my bank. The store is expensive and the quality is not even. Most of the time it’s good. I’m blocking them. Customer service is very important and they don’t have it. Julie S.
It took 3 months from ordering to finally getting my refund for returns. The final items arrived after 7 weeks, I returned the ones that didn't fit immediately. When I called in early Dec. to see where my refund was, they had received the items in the 2nd week of Nov. but said it would be a few more days until the refund. She 'kindly' asked a supervisor for permission to speed up the refund. The items are OK but not worth all the headaches.
Customer Service LIED to me, saying that I would receive a refund within 72 hours of the merchandise return... tracking says that items were delivered to Northstyle 2 weeks ago, yet still no refund! I wrote to their customer service e-mail and they did not answer the question about the refund! Will dispute the charge via my credit card company - hoping this gets their attention! Will NEVER order from these crooks again.
I ordered a pair of boots from Nortstyle in October. They arrived and run large. I returned them and asked for a smaller size, it's now the end of November, no boots. I never pay this much for shoes, these were special. I've been asking through email. Nothing. I called today to find out they refunded me instead of an exchange. So much for 100% Satisfaction! They get Zero on my review.
Shoddy clothes that in no way resemble the photos. Then a so called VIP charge of 14.95 on my card. Do not purchase from this company. Deceitful advertising and tacking on unauthorized charges. Never again.
